This Office Memorandum concerns the re-nomination of Shri Shiv Kumar, a Stenographer Grade ‘D’, to the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. Initially nominated to the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) upon promotion, his non-relieving from the Ministry of Tribal Affairs prompted a review. Considering he has only four months of service remaining, a special case was made with approval from the Competent Authority to re-nominate him to his original cadre. The terms and conditions of the previous Office Memorandum dated 30.8.2010 remain in effect.

Subject: Nomination of Stenographer Grade ‘D’ of CSSS for inclusion in the Select List of Stenographer Grade ‘C'(PA) of CSSS for the Select List year 2008 under the zoning scheme – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Tribal Affairs’ D.O. letter No. 19012/2/2008-Estt. dated 14.6.2011 regarding retention of Shri Shiv Kumar, Steno. Grade ‘D’ who had been nominated to Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(MSME) on his regular promotion as PA in the SL year 2008 vide this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.8 .2010 and to say that the non-relieving of Shri Shiv Kumar by the Ministry of. Tribal Affairs has been taken seriously by this Department. However, as a special case, it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to make the re-nomination of Shri Shiv Kumar as given below since he is left with 4 months of service to superannuate:
