This office memorandum details the nomination of Shri Gurjit Singh Chatha, a Stenographer Grade ‘D’/PA(ad-hoc), for appointment to the PA Grade of the Central Secretariat Service Scheme (CSSS) for the Select List Year 2010. OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(ad-hoc) for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2010 on regular basis under Seniority Quota (SQ).
In continuation of this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 3.8.2012 & 23.11.2012 on the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to make nomination of Shri Gurjit Singh Chatha, Steno. Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) for appointment to PA Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2010 on his inclusion in the Select List Year 2010(SQ), as per the details given below:

The terms and conditions laid down in this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2012-CS-II(C) dated 3.8.2012 & 23.11.2012 will also apply in this case.
- Ministry of Steel is requested that urgent action be taken to appoint/promote Shri Gurjit Singh Chatha to PA Grade of CSSS against the Select List Year 2010(SQ) provided he is clear from vigilance angle. A copy of the appointment/ promotion order issued in this regard duly indicating the CSL number of Shri Gurjit Singh Chatha be also forwarded to this Department immediately.
