Subject: Nomination of Smt. Suman Gupta, PA Grade of CSSS for inclusion from SLY-2009 to the Select List Year 2007 of PA Grade of CSSS – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2010-CS-II(C) dated 10.08.2010, vide which nomination of Grade ‘D’ Stenographers of CSSS for inclusion in the Select List of Stenographers Grade ‘C'(PA) of CSSS for the year 2009 under the zoning scheme for Seniority Quota(SQ) was made and to say that it has now been decided that Smt. Suman Gupta, PA of CSSS, who was earlier included in the Select List Year 2009(SQ) of PA Grade of CSSS vide this Department’s O.M. No. 5/30/2010-CS-II(C) dated 31.01.2011, may now be considered for inclusion in the Select List Year 2007 of PA Grade of CSSS as per the details given below:

- Smt. Suman Gupta has been placed above Smt. Jagmohan Kaur Vohra (now Sl.No. 1A) in the panel for Select List Year 2007(SQ) issued vide Annexure to this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2010-CS-II(C) dated 10.08.2010. The terms and conditions laid down in this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2010-CS-II(C) dated 10.08.2010 will also apply in this case.
- Ministry of Water Resources is requested that urgent action be taken to consider Smt. Suman Gupta for inclusion in the Select List Year 2007(SQ) of PA Grade of CSSS, and for other associated action.
