Subject: Nomination of qualified candidates of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (PA grade) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE), 2011.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M of even no. dated 8.11.2013 vide which nomination of 6 qualified candidates of PA Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) – 2011 of CSSS have been made and to inform that in addition to the said candidates, 4 candidates whose details are given below, have also qualified the ibid examination and are eligible for nomination/promotion in the PA Grade of CSSS:

- It has come to the notice of this Department that the aforesaid candidates have already joined as Steno./PA in Ministry of External Affairs. The concerned Cadre Units are requested to get the willingness of the aforesaid officials to join CSSS as PA of Select List year 2011 and forward the same to this Department before 2nd December, 2013 to enable this Department to finalise the Select List 2011 of PA grade of CSSS. Keeping in view the willingness of the officials, their nomination as PA of Select List year 2011 of CSSS would be proposed or in case of their unwillingness to join CSSS, cancellation of the candidature would be considered and their dossiers would be returned to SSC accordingly.
