OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Nomination of qualified candidates of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (PA grade) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE), 2010.
The undersigned is directed to say that this Department had intimated 153 vacancies (UR-113, SC-18 and ST-22) for the PA Grade LDCE-2010 to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). However, against the said reported vacancies, the SSC has recommended 42 candidates (UR-38 and SC-4) for appointment to the PA Grade for the Select List Year 2010 on the basis of results of the above mentioned examination. Out of these 42 candidates, the examination dossiers in respect of 37 qualified candidates have been received from SSC till now. Out of these 37 candidates, 4 candidates have already qualified the PA grade LDCE2009 and nominated to different Cadre Units and 2 candidates have resigned from service. The remaining 31 candidates are hereby nominated to Cadre Units of CSSS as shown in the Annexure.
- The Cadre Units are requested to ensure the followings before notifying the appointments:
(i) Verification of the particulars furnished by the nominated candidates in the dossiers with the original entries in their respective Service Books.
(ii) Availability of vigilance clearance. - The unfilled vacancies of this examination, including vacancies reserved for SCs and STs, may be carried forward to the subsequent Select List year in accordance with the Rule 10 (as in the case of Recruitment to Private Secretary Grade) of CSSS Rules, 2010.
- It is requested that the nominated candidates may be relieved immediately for appointment to PA Grade in the nominated Cadre Units. These nominated candidates may be included in the Select List of PA Grade of CSSS for the year 2010 in the manner indicated in the CSSS Rules, 1969. Copies of appointment orders may be endorsed to this Department and the SSC. The dossiers of nominated candidates are forwarded herewith for keeping the same as part of their Service Books.
- Receipt of this O.M. together with the enclosure may be acknowledged.
