OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Nomination of Personal Assistant of CSSS for appointment to the Grade of Private Secretary of CSSS for the Select List Year 2012 & Select List Year 2012 (extended) on regular basis under Seniority Quota -Non-relieving of PAs-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No 4/8/2013CS.II(A) dated 26.05 .2014 and OMs No. 4/8/2013-CS.II(A) (part-I) dated 16.09.2014, 19.09.2014, 19.11.2014, 29.12.2014 \& 31.12.2014 whereby nomination of PAs for appointment /promotion to the PS Grade of CSSS on regular basis under Seniority Quota on their inclusion in the SLY 2012 and SLY 2012 (extended) were made. The Cadre Units were requested that the officials of PA grade who had been transferred to another Cadre Units, be relieved within 45 days from the date of issue of aforesaid OMs to join their allocated Cadre Units. In case, any official is not relieved to avail regular promotion as PS, he/she was to be debarred and his /her ad-hoc promotion as PS would be discontinued/withdrawn.
2. Despite a lapse of considerable time, the relieving/debarment orders of some of the officials have not yet been received in this Department.
3. Concerned Cadre Units are requested to send a copy of relieving/debarment orders of the officials concerned to this Department immediately.
