This Office Memorandum details the nomination of Personal Assistants/Private Secretaries (ad-hoc) for appointment to the grade of Private Secretary of CSSS for the Select List Year 2012 (extended). The nomination is based on the zoning scheme for Seniority Quota and modifies a previous OM dated 16.09.2014. The annexure lists the officers being nominated, their categories, the year they entered the PA grade, their current cadre, and the cadre to which they are nominated. All other terms and conditions from the previous OM remain unchanged.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Nomination of Personal Assistant/Private Secretaries (ad-hoc) for appointment to the grade of Private Secretary of CSSS for the Select List Year 2012 (extended) on regular basis under the zoning scheme for Seniority Quota.
In partial modification to this Department’s OM of even number dated 16.09.2014 on the above mentioned subject, the undersigned is directed to nominate the Personal Assistants (PAs)/Private Secretaries (PSs) (ad hoc), whose name appear in the Annexure to this OM, for appointment / promotion to the PS grade of CSSS on regular basis under the Zoning scheme on their inclusion in the Select List Year 2012 (extended).
- All other terms and conditions mentioned in OM dt. 16.09.2014 shall remain unchanged.
