OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Nomination of LDCs of CSCS for indusion in the Select List year 2007 of UDCs Grade for the Select List year 2007- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to refer to this Department’s O.M.of even number dated 17th August, 2011, 27th August, 2010, 12th November, 2010 and 28th January, 2011 on the above subject and to say that it is observed that some of the cadre units have not relieved the LDCs who have been nominated to other cadre units for appointment as UDCs for the Select List year 2007, under the zoning scheme.
2. The cadre units are, therefore, requested to relieve the officials who have been nominated to other cadre units immediately without any further delay and forward the information in the proforma (enclosed) to this Department immediately. In case the official does not wish to accept the promotion or does not move out, action may betaken to debar him/her for one Select List year in terms of this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2008-CS.1 (P) dated 8.4.2011.
