Subject:-Nomination of Grade ‘D’ Stenographers of CSSS for inclusion in the Select List of Stenographers Gr.’C’ of CSSS for the year 2002 and 2003 under the Zoning Scheme.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 19.8.2005 in which the range of seniority for promotion from Steno. Grade ‘D’ to Steno. Grade ‘ C ‘ for the Select List Years 2002 and 2003 has been laid down and to say that on the basis of information furnished by all the Cadres, it has been decided to make the nomination of Stenographers Gr. ‘D’ whose names appear in the Annexure for their inclusion in/appointment against the Select List of Stenographers Gr. ‘C’ of CSSS for the S.L. 2003 under the Zoning Scheme.
- The transfer of the officers would be governed by the principles as enumerated in para 6 of the said OM dated 19.8.2005. The services of the officers may be obtained from the Cadre concerned immediately, provided they have been considered suitable by DPC of the parent Cadre and no vigilance case is either pending or being contemplated against them. The seniority of the transferred Officers will be regulated as per the CSSS Seniority of the Transferred Officer Regulations, 1971. The Cadres concerned may please relieve the officers nominated to other cadres within 45 days as per instructions laid down in para 7 of the above-said OM dated 19.8.2005, subject to the fulfilment of the condition of vigilance clearance/suitability.
- With the issue of this O.M. the process of nomination of candidates for appointment in Steno Grade ‘ C ‘ in Select List 2003 through S.Q. stands completed. Therefore, the unfilled vacancies of ST Quota may be carried forward to next Select List as per procedure since no more ST candidate is available in the Central Panel for nomination.
