This office memorandum details the nomination process for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) recruited through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in 2014, for training at the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM). The second batch of training is scheduled from September 7th to September 25th, 2015. All cadre units of the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) are requested to submit lists of eligible officials by August 26th, 2015, either in excel format or via email to sarswat.rajesh13@nic.in. The matter is to be treated as a priority.

Subject: Nominations of direct recruit MTS for training at ISTM-reg.
The undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided that the officials (MTS) recruited through SSC (Multi tasking examination, 2014) in participating Ministries/Departments of CSCS Cadre will undergo training at ISTM (Institute of Secretariat Training & Management). Accordingly, the second batch of training will be conducted by ISTM from 7^{th } September, 2015 to 25^{th } September, 2015.
- All the cadre units of CSCS are, therefore, requested to provide the list of officials working in Ministries/Departments and also from the organisations which are participating offices under CSCS, who are recruited through SSC (Multi tasking examination, 2014) to this Division by 26^{th } August, 2015 (in the enclosed proforma). The list (preferably in excel sheet) of these officials may also be sent via mail at the email I.D:- sarswat.rajesh13@nic.in.
