This notice announces the nomination process for mandatory training for approximately 150 candidates who qualified in the CGLE exams of 2013, 2014, and 2015 for the position of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in the Central Secretariat Service (CSS). The training will be held at the Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute (MCRHRDI) in Hyderabad, starting November 7th, 2016, with pre-appointment formalities beginning November 3rd-4th, 2016. Candidates who haven’t been previously nominated and have submitted the required documents are eligible to express their willingness to attend via email by October 17th, 2016. Government employees are expected to be relieved in time to join the training.

Subject: Nomination of candidates for mandatory training (Third Batch) at Hyderabad commencing from 07.11.2016
The next mandatory training for about 150 (One Hundred Fifty) candidates who have qualified CGLE, 2013, CGLE-2014 and CGLE-2015 for the post of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in Central Secretariat Service (CSS) is scheduled to be held at Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute (MCRHRDI), Hyderabad from 07.11.2016. Preappointment formalities at Hyderabad will begin from 03-04.11.16.
2. All the candidates of CGLE-2013, 2014 and 2015 who have not been earlier nominated for the training will be considered for nomination in case they are willing to undergo training at Hyderabad.
3. Accordingly, the candidates of CGLE-2013, CGLE-2014 and CGLE-2015 who have not yet been nominated for training and who have submitted their attestation form and Medical Certificate duly issued/countersigned by Civil Surgeon/District Medical Officer or of equivalent status may submit their willingness for nomination in Hyderabad.
4. The willingness for training at Hyderabad may be sent through e-mail ID (ksrinivasan.89@nic.in) before 9.00 A.M on 17.10.16 (Monday) with `HYDERABAD, Year of CGLE exam and RANK NO. —‘ mentioned on the subject. Those who are not willing for Hyderabad training should not send any e-mail.
6. Candidates in Government service should ensure that they would be relieved well in time to join the training on 07.11.16.
