ORDER
Consequent upon his inclusion in the USSL 2003 for regular promotion as Under Secretary vide DoPT’s O.M. No.5/6/2011-CS.I (U) dated 31.08.2015, Shri Niraj Kumar (CSL No.4649-A) is posted to Ministry of Rural Development as Under Secretary.
- Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment should relieve the officer immediately to enable him to join Ministry of Rural Development latest by 14.09.2015. Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment will not draw salary of the officer beyond the stipulated date.

The promotion of the officer is subject to the condition that he is clear from vigilance angle in terms of this Department’s O.M. No.22034/4/2012-Estt.(D) dated 2.11.2012 and other relevant instructions on the subject. Copy of notification for appointment of the officer to the grade of US should be endorsed to this Department at the earliest for record.
