This document is a notification from the Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training, regarding the approval of a name change for Mrs. Sindhu B., an IAS officer (KN:2011). She has been permitted to change her name from ‘Mrs. Sindhu B.’ to ‘Mrs. Sindhu B. Rupesh’ and will be known as such for all official purposes. The notification is addressed to the Manager, Government of India Press, Faridabad, and includes a list of recipients for a copy of the notification, including the Chief Secretary of Karnataka, the Comptroller General of Karnataka, the Secretary of the UPSC, and Mrs. Sindhu B. Rupesh herself. It also directs the NIC to upload the notification to the department’s website.

श्रीमती सिंधु बी, आईएएस (केएन:2011) को अपना नाम “श्रीमती सिंधु बी” से बदल कर “श्रीमती सिंधु बी रुपेश” करने की अनुमति दी गई है। तदनुसार, वे सभी शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए “श्रीमती सिंधु बी रुपेश” के रूप में जानी जाएंगी।
