Shri Bhaskar Chandra Khulbe, appointed to the Indian Administrative Service on the basis of the Civil Services Examination held in 1982 and borne on the cadre of West Bengal, has been permitted to change his name from Shri Bhaskar Chandra Khulbe to Shri Bhaskar Khulbe. He will accordingly be recognised as Shri Bhaskar Khulbe for all official purposes.
