Subject: Mutual Transfer of various personnel belonging to different Departments of erstwhile State of Uttar Pradesh -regarding

Sir,
I am directed to say that the mutual transfer cases of the 14 pairs of employees (as per list attached) of various Departments of the erstwhile State of Uttar Pradesh were considered by the Committee headed by Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel \& Training in its meeting held on 24.02.2010 and recommended for acceptance on the basis of the no objection from both the suceessor State of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

The Government of India has accepted the recommendations and accordingly the allocated States of the pair of employees in each row of the enclosed list have been interchanged as per their mutual request subject to fulfillment of other conditions in terms of existing guidelines on mutual transfer. Officials concerned may kindly be apprised of the position.
