Subject: Mutual Transfer of personnel belonging to PAC of erstwhile State of Uttar Pradesh in compliance of the Hon’ble High Courts direction in W.P.No.6230(S/S)/2009-Satish Chandra Pandey and 21 ors.- regarding.

Sir,
I am directed to say that the representations received under mutual transfer category of the 17 pairs of employees (as per list attached) of PAC department of the erstwhile State of Uttar Pradesh were considered in compliance of Court directions by the State Advisory Committee in its meeting held on 17.11 .2009 and recommended for rejection as one of the employee of the pair was appointed after the appointed day i.e. 9.11.2000. Consideration of such mutual transfer case does not come under the competence of the Committee.

The Government of India has accepted the recommendations and accordingly the final allocation of employees in the enclosed list continues to be unchanged. Official concerned may kindly be apprised of the position.
