In an important update concerning public service records, the Central Government has approved a change in the official designation for Shri Suresh Kumar. Previously, due to an oversight, he was listed as ‘Sahayak Sameeksha Adhikari’ in the Final Allocation List (FAL), despite having been promoted to ‘Sameeksha Adhikari’ back in February 1999. This discrepancy came to light through a representation, which was then thoroughly reviewed by a State Advisory Committee in August 2009. The Committee recommended correcting the record to reflect his rightful designation. Consequently, the government has accepted this recommendation, ensuring that Shri Suresh Kumar’s designation in the Final Allocation List is now accurately recorded as ‘Sameeksha Adhikari’, rectifying the previous administrative error.

Sub:- Modification of designation of Shri Suresh Kumar as Sameeksha Adhikari – reg.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the minutes of the meeting of State Advisory Committee, held on 26.08.2009 and to say that the representation of Shri Suresh Kumar, Sameeksha Adhikari. While considering his representation, the Committee was informed that he was promoted as Sameeksha Adhikari on 19.02.1999, but was inadvertently shown as Sahayak Sameeksha Adhikari in the Final Allocation vide order issued under No. 27/94/2004-SRS dt. 07.08.2009. The Committee recommended for amending the FAL to this extent.
The Central Govt. has accepted the recommendation of the Committee and the designation of Shri Suresh Kumar may be read as ‘Sameeksha Adhikari’ in place of ‘Sahayak Sameeksha Adhikari’ in the Final Allocation List (FAL). The FAL issued vide order dt. 07.08.2009, is modified to this extent.
