M

This document records the minutes of the third meeting of a committee, chaired by Shri C.B. Paliwal, which convened on November 13, 2007. The committee was established following a High Court directive concerning representations from State Government employees of the erstwhile Madhya Pradesh. During the meeting, the status of recommendations from the second meeting held on October 16, 2007, was reviewed. It was reported that the file containing these recommendations had been submitted for government acceptance, and an extension until January 18, 2008, was requested for compliance with court directions. The committee then proceeded to discuss and decide on 35 employee representations, the details of which are provided in an annexure. The fourth meeting was scheduled for December 13, 2007. Subsequent pages detail the recommendations made by the committee on various employee petitions concerning state allocation, juniority basis, and transfer requests, often denying claims based on domicile or family matters, while accepting some requests due to factors like mental illness or gas compensation. The document also mentions the scheduling of future meetings to address remaining pending representations.
