Subject : Meeting with Welfare Officers of various Ministries/Departments.
It is proposed to hold a meeting on 23.4.2010 at 3.00 P.M. in Room No.385, Department of Personnel & Training, Lok Nayak Bhavan, New Delhi with the Welfare Officers of various Ministries/Departments. The items to be discussed are as under :
(i) Existing scheme of Welfare Officers.
(ii) Details of Welfare Activities undertaken by the Ministries/Departments.
(iii) Difficulties faced in implementation of the scheme of Welfare Officers/welfare activities in various Ministries/Departments.
(iv) Participation in inter-Ministry tournaments conducted by Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB), DOPT.
- It is requested that the Welfare Officer of your Ministry/Department may be deputed to attend the meeting on 23.4.2010 at 3.00 P.M. as above.
