MEETING NOTICE
Subject: Meeting on 3.04.2012 at 11 AM to discuss issues pertaining to CSSS.
The undersigned is directed to say that Deputy Secretary (CS-II) Division would hold a meeting on 3.04 .2012 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Second Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, New Delhi to discuss the following issues pertaining to Central Secretariat Stenographers Service:
(a) Convening of DPC for promotion to the PS and PA grades of CSSS and forwarding the recommendations of the DPC.
(b) Pending ACR/APAR, vigilance clearance and major/minor penalty statement in respect of Sr.PPS and PPS as sought vide OM No. 1/1/2012-CS.II(A) dt. 6.03.2012 & OM No. 2/2/2012-CS.II(A) dt. 5.03.2012.
(c) Adherence to schedule prescribed for completion of APAR of CSSS officers.
(d) Suggestions for effective cadre management of CSSS.
- It is requested that the Under Secretary (Admn.) of all the participating cadre units of CSSS may be directed to make it convenient to attend the above meeting.
