Subject: Medical Examination of male candidates for appointment to the Assistant Section Officers’ Grade – CGLE, 2015.

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the candidates recommended for appointment to Assistant Section Officers’ Grade of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) in Government of India, on the basis of CGLE, 2015 are required to appear before Medical Board as per schedule given in Annexure for their medical examination.

  1. The candidates should report at 9.00 a.m. on 30.08.2016 to Medical Board (Near Skin Ward) Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi on the date assigned to them. They should bring 4 passport size photographs, identity proof along with prescribed medical form enclosed with this Department’s letter of even number dated 06.08.2016 at the time of reporting for medical examination. Candidates using glasses should bring spectacles with latest prescription.

  2. The candidates who are already in government service need not reappear for the medical examination and may forward an attested copy of their medical examination report obtained at the time of appointment in government to the undersigned through their controlling authority.
