This Office Memorandum details a Level-II training programme for Personal Assistants (PAs) of the Central Secretariat Service Scheme (CSSS). The training will be held at the ISTM from March 18th to March 29th, 2013. Cadre authorities are instructed to relieve the nominated officers in time, sanction a training advance of Rs. 20,000, and submit their Curriculum Vitae. The memorandum also specifies that officers who have already completed a similar refresher course at ISTM should not be re-nominated. A list of nominated officers with their respective cadres and dates of birth is included as an annexure.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Level-II Training Programme from 18.03.2013 to 29.03.2013 (Two weeks) for PA of CSSS-reg.
The undersigned is directed to say that PA whose names are given in the Annexure have been nominated to participate in the Level-II Training Programme to be conducted by the ISTM from 18.03.2013 to 29.03.2013. It is requested that these officers may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to the Course Co-ordinator, Shri. Arun Gaur, Assistant Director, ISTM Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 18.03.2013.
- Cadre Authorities are requested to :
i) ensure that the officers nominated for the above training programme are relieved in time.
ii) sanction an advance of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) as T.A. advance for each participant along with their relieving order.
iii) forward Curriculam Vitae of each participants specifically indicating their gender in prescribed proforma given in the annexure to the coursecoordinator. - If any of the officers shown in the Annexure has already undergone similar refresher course conducted by ISTM, he/she may not be relleved/considered again for the abovementioned training programme and details of such officers may be forwarded to this Division.
