Level-II Training Programme for PAs of CSSS

This office memorandum announces a Level-II training programme for Personal Assistants (PAs)/Private Secretaries (PSs) of the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS) from February 2nd to February 13th, 2015. The training will be conducted by the ISTM. Officials nominated for the programme, who have been promoted to the Grade of Private Secretary, are to be relieved of their duties to attend. Cadre authorities are requested to ensure timely release, sanction a training allowance of Rs. 20,000, and forward the participants’ Curriculum Vitae. Non-participation will be viewed seriously. The document also includes an annexure listing the names of the officials nominated for the training, their dates of birth, and their respective cadres.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- Level-II Training Programme from 02/02/2015 to 13/02/2015 (Two weeks) for PA of CSSS -reg.

The undersigned is directed to say that PAs/PSs, whose names are given in the Annexure-I have been nominated to participate in the Level-II Training Programme to be conducted by the ISTM from 02/02/2015 to 13/02/2015. It may be noted that these officials have been promoted to the Grade of Private Secretary (PS) vide OM No. 4/8/2013-CS.II(A) (Part-I) dated 31.12.2014 of this Department on the condition they would successfully complete Level-II training under CTP whenever nominated by this Department. Therefore, these officials, whose name are placed at the Annexure, be relieved of their duties from their present cadre with the direction to report to the Course Coordinator, Shri Vadali Rambabu, Deputy Director, ISTM Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 02/02/2015.

  1. Cadre Authorities are requested to:-

    i) ensure that the officers nominated for the above training programme are relieved in time.

    ii) sanction an advance of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) as T.A. advance for each participant along with their relieving order.

    iii) forward Curriculum Vitae of each participant specifically indicating their gender and medium in prescribed proforma, as per Annexure II to the Course-Coordinator.

  2. The officials concerned should also make efforts in their own interest to get relieved for the said training programme.

  3. Non participation in training programme would be viewed seriously.
