This Office Memorandum announces a Level-I Training Programme for Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of the Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) conducted by the ISTM from June 10th to June 28th, 2013. The training is mandatory for promotion to the grade of PA, and participants are expected to be relieved of their duties to attend. Administrative Ministries/Departments are required to sanction an advance of Rs 20,000 for a study tour component of the training. Participants are also required to submit a Curriculum Vitae, including gender information. The document lists the names and cadre details of the nominated officials, along with their dates of birth.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Level-I Training Programme from 10/06/2013 to 28/06/2013 for Steno Grade ‘D’ of CSSS to be conducted by ISTM -regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 20/28/2010-CS-II(A) dated 20/10/2011 (available on the website of the DoPT) regarding Cadre Training Plan (CTP) for the officers/officials of Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) and to say that Stenographers Grade ‘D’ with seven years of approved service, whose names are given in the (Annexure-I), are nominated to participate in the Level-I Training Programme being conducted by the ISTM from 10/06/2013 to 28/06/2013. It is requested that these officials may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to Ms. Savita Sen, Assistant Director, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (old), New Delhi at 9.00AM on 10th June, 2013.

  1. Concerned Cadre Units of CSSS are requested to ensure that the officials nominated to the above Level-I training programme are relieved in time as this training programme is mandatory in nature and successful completion of the same is essential for promotion to the grade of PA. Absenteeism and withdrawn from the course, including part/different components of the programme may not be allowed in normal circumstances.

  2. As part of the Training course, the participants would be taken on a study tour. In order to meet the expenditure for the study tour, all the administrative Ministries/Departments are required to sanction an advance of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) as TA/DA advance for each participant along with their relieving order.

  3. Concerned Cadre Units of CSSS are also requested to send Curriculum Vitae of each participant specifically indicating their gender in prescribed proforma given in the Annexure-II to Ms. Savita Sen, Assistant Director, ISTM, New Delhi.
