This Office Memorandum from the Department of Personnel & Training announces a revision to the schedule for the Level ‘E’ Training Programme for officers of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) at the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM). The original schedule, running from March 20th to May 5th, 2017, has been shortened to run from March 20th to April 28th, 2017. All concerned ministries and departments are requested to note this change. ISTM has been asked to provide a list of officers reporting for training on March 20th, 2017, to the Department of Personnel & Training.

Subject : Regarding Level ‘E’ Training Programme for Officers of CSS at ISTM commencing from 20/03/2017.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even no. dated 27th February, 2017 on the above mentioned subject and to say that duration of Level E Training Programme in terms of revised cadre training programme (CTP) has been re-scheduled by ISTM as under:-
