Level-E Training Programme for Officers of CSS at ISTM for the period 23.03.2015 to 01.05.2015 – non-reporting of candidates.
The undersigned is directed to refer this Department’s Office Memoranda of even number dated 13.03.2015 and 23.03.2015 on the subject noted above and to state that despite repeated requests, the Ministries/Departments concerned have not relieved officers whose names have been given in the Annexure to this O.M. The concerned Ministries/Departments are again requested to review the matter and relieve the officers immediately.
- All Ministries/Departments are also requested to forward the following information about the officers whose names are indicated in the Annexure:

- Attention of all the officers mentioned in the Annexure may be invited to DOP&T Notification No.GSR197(E), dated 19.03.2010, vide which it has been prescribed that non-completion of mandatory training by them will lead to debarment and denial of promotion as per the extant orders issued by this Department.
- All Ministries/Departments, as per Annexure are requested to forward the information, immediately, latest by 31.03.2015.
