Participants, the Course Director, and Observer are now required to apply for political clearance and official passports for travel to Canada. Subject: Level ‘E’ Training Programme for Officers of CSS at ISTM for the period from 16.03.2020 to 24.4.2020 (62nd Batch).
A reference is invited to this Department O.M. of even number dated 10th January, 2020 regarding nomination of Under Secretaries for 62nd batch of level ‘E’ Training Programme conducted by ISTM for the period from 16th March to 24th April, 2020 and to state that ISTM with the approval of its competent authority has changed the name of the country for overseas training for the 62nd batch from UK to Canada. Accordingly, all the participants, Course Director and Observer (to be nominated by DOPT) may apply for for political clearance and official passport in connection with foreign visit to Canada as part of this training programme as per the approval of competent authority conveyed earlier.
