This Office Memorandum details the schedule for Level ‘D’ training programs for Section Officers and Under Secretaries eligible for promotion to Grade I(US) of the CSS. Two batches are announced: the 87th batch from May 20th to August 9th, 2019, and the 88th batch from June 17th to September 6th, 2019. The training will be conducted at the ISTM, with Shri Vadali Rambabu and Shri Rajesh Singh serving as Course Directors for the respective batches. Departments are requested to furnish lists of officers reporting for training on the day following the start of each batch. The nomination of officials is subject to conditions outlined in a previous O.M. dated May 1st, 2019.

Subject: Level ‘D’ Training Programme for Section Officers / Under Secretaries in the zone of promotion for Grade I(US) of the CSS at the ISTM from 20.05.2019 to 09.08.2019 (87th Batch) and from 17.06.2019 to 06.09.2019 (88th Batch).
In partial modification of this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 1st May, 2019, on the subject mentioned above, the Level D training programmes are scheduled to be conducted at ISTM as per details given below:-
