OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Level ‘B’ Training Programme at the ISTM for the period from 04/02/2013 to 08/03/2013.
The undersigned is directed to inform that Officers whose names are given in Annexure I, have been nominated for the Level ‘B’ Training Programme being conducted by ISTM w.e.f. 04/02/2013 to 08/03/2013. It is requested that these officers may be relieved of their duties and advised to report to Ms. Rekha Sharma, Course Co-ordinator, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 4th February, 2013.
- The performance of the officials in the training will be evaluated and the reports may be added in their APARs to be considered for their next promotion. No request for withdrawal of nomination either from the Ministry/Department or the officer concerned shall be entertained by this Department or the Institute. As the training of the officials and successful completion is necessary for promotion, the Cadre Units are requested to ensure that the officials nominated to the above programme are relieved in time. Those who are promoted as Section Officers on the basis of SO LDCE results are exempted from undergoing this training.

The aforesaid training includes study tour and officers nominated above may be advised to draw necessary TA/DA advance of Rs.20,000/- each from their respective Ministry/Department. This amount may be released in Cash only.

Confirmation with regard to the participation of the officers along with their respective bio-data (Annexure-II) may be sent by 15-01-2013 to Shri Biswajit Banerjee, Asstt. Director/Course Co-ordinator, ISTM, New Delhi who is accessible on Phone No.26177058, with a copy to the undersigned.
