The Department of Personnel and Training issued an office memorandum regarding the launch of web-based software for the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS). The memorandum references a previous order from September 11th, 2013, where a database of CSCS officials was initially posted online. A review of the submitted data revealed incomplete or inaccurate information from many Cadre Units, specifically concerning details like Select List year, joining dates, dates of birth, and category. All Cadre Units and concerned officials are instructed to review and rectify the data by June 15th, 2014, and submit a compliance report.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Launching of Web Based Software of CSCS- reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M of even no. dated $11^{\text {th }}$ September, 2013 vide which the software database in respect of officials of CSCS were posted on the designated website (http://10.21.145.125). The data is now available at cscms.nic.in. On review of the data furnished by the Cadre units, it has been found that most of the Cadre Units have either not given complete information or have given incomplete/wrong information i.e. regarding Select List year, date of joining, date of birth, category, etc.
2. The Cadre units as well as the officials concerned are requested to go through the data once again and rectify the same latest by $15^{\text {th }}$ June, 2014. A compliance report in this regard may also be sent to this Department.
