The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions is collecting data on the joining status of Direct Recruit (DR) Assistant Section Officers (ASOs) appointed through the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2019. All Ministries and Departments are required to provide a status update on the joining of these ASOs in the prescribed format via email on a daily basis, effective July 19, 2022. Additionally, Ministries and Departments are requested to collect the dossiers of the DR ASOs from the undersigned with an authorization letter.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Joining status of ASOs appointed on the basis of Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE)-2019 – Reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this OM of even no. dated 04.07.2022 / 06.07.2022 / 08.07.2022 regarding the allocation of the Direct Recruit (DR) Assistant Section Officers (ASOs) appointed on the basis of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2019 and instructions regarding their appointment.
- All the Ministries/Departments are requested to furnish a status update regarding the joining of these DR ASOs in the format attached (Annexure-I) through email on prachi.jain89@gov.in indicating the subject as — ‘CGLE 2019 – Joining status of DR ASOs’. The said status update may be furnished from 19.07.2022 onwards on daily basis.

Ministries/Departments are also requested to get the dossiers of the DR ASOs collected from the undersigned with authorisation letter immediately.
