CIRCULAR
Subject: Invitation for Participation in the 4th Half Marathon – 16th March 2025, at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi.
In continuation of the circulars bearing even no. dated 05.09.2024 and 30.10.2024, this notice is to inform that the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB), works under the aegis and control of the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, Government of India, is organizing the 4th Half Marathon to promote cultural and sports activities among Central Government employees.
- Event Overview: To commemorate the rich history and culture of India, the CCSCSB, in collaboration with the Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI), will be hosting the 4th Half Marathon. The event will feature three race categories: 5KM, 10KM, and 21KM. The marathon will take place on 16th March 2025, from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM, starting and ending at Gate No. 1, Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi.
- Eligibility and Registration: The following participants are eligible to join the marathon:

- Online registration can be done through the official YHAI website: www.yhaindia.org. The registration will close at 5:00 PM on 16th February 2025. Please note that registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum participant limit of 3000. Registration will close once this limit is reached, regardless of the deadline.
- Age Limit: Participants must be between the ages of 10 to 60 years to participate in the marathon.
- Awards and Prizes: Winners of each race category (both male and female) will be awarded trophies. Additionally, the following cash prizes will be given to the top three finishers in each category:

Guidelines for Participation in the 4th Half Marathon:

- The marathon will conclude by \mathbf{8 : 3 0} \mathbf{~ A M}.
- Entry to Venue: Entry to the venue will be permitted only upon displaying the event T-shirt and a Bib Number (front and back).
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will be refunded within \mathbf{8} weeks without any interest.

T-shirts and Bibs will be available for collection from 10th to 12th March 2025 at the YHAI Office (5 Nyaya Marg, Chankyapuri, New Delhi – 110022), between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. 6.
