This Office Memorandum from the Ministry of Personnel, PG and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, serves as an immediate reminder to various Ministries and Departments regarding the intimation of vacancies for the Upper Division Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for the Select List Year 2013. The document lists the Ministries/Departments from which vacancy positions are yet to be received, as well as those from which they have already been received. A deadline of April 30th, 2014, is set for submitting the required information, after which a lack of response will be interpreted as having no vacancies to report. This is a follow-up to previous communications dated January 27th and April 16th, 2014.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 27.01.2014 & 16.04.2014 on the above mentioned subject. The information has been received only from 14 cadre units ( list enclosed ).

  1. It is, therefore, requested that the requisite vacancy position may please be furnished to this Department in the requisite proforma by 30.04.2014. In case no information is made available by 30.04.2014, it shall be construed as if there is no vacancy to be reported upon for the select list 2013.
