A circular has been issued regarding the Inter Ministry Volleyball Tournament 2016-17, scheduled to take place from January 11th to 13th, 2017, at Vinay Marg Sports Complex in New Delhi. Ministries interested in participating are requested to submit their entries with a fee of Rs. 450/- to the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board by January 6th, 2017. Entries must be accompanied by the prescribed form, signed by the Welfare Officer, and teams should consist of no more than 12 members (excluding the coach and manager). The rules and regulations for the tournament have already been distributed to all Ministries.

Sub : Inter Ministry Volleyball Tournament 2016-17.
Inter Ministry Volleyball Tournament 2016-17 will be held on 11th, 12th and 13th January 2017 at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi. The Ministries desirous of participating in the Inter Ministry Volleyball Tournament are requested to send their entries in the attached proforma, along with the entry fee of Rs. 450/- to the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board, Department of Personnel & Training, Room No. 361, “B” Wing, 3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, new Delhi-110003 by 6th January 2017
- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with entry fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The composition of the team should not be more than 12 (excluding Coach and Manager).
- The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation etc. in the Inter Ministry tournament have already been circulated to all the Ministries.
