CIRCULAR

Sub: Inter- Ministry Table Tennis Tournament 2017-18.

The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board will organize the Inter-Ministry Table Tennis Tournament from 11^{th } December, 2017 to 22^{nd } December, 2017 at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. The entry for the competition should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer of the Ministry concerned to the Board’s Office latest by 4^{th } December, 2017

2. The entry fee is Rs.150/- for Team Championship and Double’s Event, and Rs. 75/- for Singles which may be deposited in Board’s Account through online/NEFT mode only. Fee may also be deposited through Credit/Debit Card in Board’s office. Board’s bank details are as under:

3. The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter Ministry tournament have already been circulated to all the Ministries. The competition will be held in the following events:

14. The entry of Team/ Double event, partner should be from their respective Team only. Players from other teams will not be allowed in Double and Team Events. The Draw of the Tournament will be held on 6^{th } December, 2017 at 5.00 P.M. at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi

VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE

This Ministry/Department intends to enter a team for InterMinistry Tournament/Competition. Accordingly the entry form duly filled up is sent herewith. I hereby undertake on behalf of the Ministry to abide by the rules and instruction of the Tournament/Competition.

I certify that the players mentioned in this form who will play in the Inter-Ministry Tournament/Competition are employees of the Central/State Government. No member of the team is a casual / daily wage employee. All the players are eligible to participate in the tournament/competition as per eligibility criteria laid down by the Board . In case if it is found that any member of the team is no eligible and is included in the team, the team will be automatically disqualified from the tournament/competition without any notice to this Ministyr/Department.

I also undertake the responsibility to ensure that this Ministry’s team after being entered in the Tournament/Competition will participate in the Tournament/Competition and at any stage would not refuse to participate or withdraw from the Tournament/Competition without prior approval of the Board.

I also certify that all the players participating in the Inter-Ministry Tournament are physically fit. Although CCSCSB provides first aid, any injury or mishap would not be the responsibility of the Board.
