The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing an Inter-Ministry Table Tennis Tournament in New Delhi from November 28th to December 9th, 2016. Ministries are invited to send entries by November 24th, 2016, with a fee of Rs. 100 for team and doubles events, and Rs. 50 for singles. The tournament will feature events for Men’s and Women’s Singles and Doubles, Team Championships, Veteran’s Singles and Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. The draw will be held on November 25th, 2016. All Welfare Officers in the Ministries are notified, and the rules and regulations have already been circulated.

Sub: Inter- Ministry Table Tennis Tournament 2016-17
The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing the Inter-Ministry Table Tennis Tournament from $28^{\text {th }}$ November, 2016 to $9^{\text {th }}$ December, 2016 at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. The entry for the competition should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer of the Ministry concerned to the Board’s Office latest by $24^{\text {th }}$ November, 2016. The entry fee is, Rs.100/- for Team Championship and Double’s Event, and Rs. 50/- for Singles, and should be sent to the Central Civil Services Cultural \& Sports Board, Department of Personnel \& Training, Room No.361, ‘B’ Wing, $3^{\text {rd }}$ Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, New Delhi-3.
3. The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter Ministry tournament have already been circulated to all the Ministries. The competition will be held in the following events:
- Team Championship
- Men’s Singles
- Men’s Double
- Women’s Singles
- Women’s Double
- Veteran’s Singles
- Veteran’s Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
- The Entry of Men’s Double partner should be from their respective Team only. Players from other teams will not be allowed in Men’s Double Event. The Draw of the Tournament will be held on $25^{\text {th }}$ November, 2016 at 5.00 P.M. at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi
