The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board has announced the Inter-Ministry Swimming Championship 2016-17, scheduled for September 1st and 2nd, 2016, at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool in New Delhi. Ministries and Departments interested in participating are invited to submit their entries, along with a fee of Rs. 20 per single event or Rs. 100 for a team championship, by August 26th, 2016. CIRCULAR
Sub: Inter-Ministry Swimming Championship 2016-17.
Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing Inter Ministry Swimming Championship 2016-17 from $1^{\text {st }}$ and $2^{\text {nd }}$ September, 2016 at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool, Mother Teresa Crescent Road, New Delhi. The Ministry/Department desirous to participate in the Tournament may send their entries in the prescribed performa (copy enclosed) along with the entry fee. The entry fee for the single event is Rs.20/- and for Team Championship is Rs. 100/- .
2. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer/Under Secretary(Admn) concerned and should reach on or before 26.08.2016. No entry will be accepted at the venue. The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter-Ministry Tournament are available on the website of the Department of Personnel \& Training (Persmin.nic.in/DOPT/Welfare/Sports/About Sports Board).
3. The detailed programme along with relevant details, rules and regulation will be supplied to the team/players at the venue of the Tournament.

This Ministry intends to enter a team for the Inter-Ministry Tournaments/Competition. Consequently I submit the entry form duly completed. I hereby undertake on behalf of the Ministry to abide by the rules and instruction of the Tournament/Competition.
I certify that the players mentioned in this form who will play in the Inter-Ministry Tournament/Competition are employees of the Ministry. No member of the team is a casual / daily wage employees. All the players are eligible to participate in the tournament/competition as per eligibility criteria laid down by the Board.
