- The tournament will be played under the federation rules.
- The first phase of the tournament will be a league system where the top team of each group will be qualify for second phase. The second phase will be knock-out stage.
- The duration of the match are as follows:-
- (i) League matches: 30-10-30 for senior Division & 25-10-25 for junior Division.
- (ii) Knock-Out stage: 40-10-40 for Senior Division & 30-10-30 for Junior Division.
- Coach and manager are also allowed to play.
- Every team player have to carry their I-Card in every match.
- In any protest Jury decision will be final.
