The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board has announced the Inter-Ministry Men and Women Hockey Competition 2019-20, starting November 18th, 2019, at the K.S.S.K.B. Vinay Marg Sports Complex. Ministries interested in participating need to submit a prescribed proforma with a fee of ₹450 via online payment to the specified bank account or by scanning the provided QR code. The last date for submission is November 8th, 2019, and only one team per ministry is allowed. Prize money of ₹10,000 will be awarded to the winning team and ₹7,000 to the runner-up. Eligibility criteria and detailed rules are available on the Ministry’s website. Welfare officers are responsible for verifying the physical fitness of all participating players. An entry form and verification certificate are included for completion.

अंतर मंत्रालय पुरुष एवं महिला हॉकी प्रतियोगिता 2019-20 का प्रारंभ दिनांक 18th नवंबर, 2019 से के०सि०से०सां०क्री०बॉ० के विनय मार्ग खेल परिसर पर होने जा रहा है।स मंत्रालय जो प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए रुचि रखते हैं वह 450 रुपये की फीस के साथ निर्धारित प्रोफार्मा में (पहले से ही परिचालित) केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा सांस्कृतिक तथा क्रीडा बोर्ड के कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग, कमरा न० 361 ‘ब’ विंग, लोक नायक भवन, खान मार्केट, नई दिल्ली-110003 मे जमा करवाये । प्रविष्टि के प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अंतिम तिथि 08 नवंबर, 2019 है एक मंत्रालय से केवल एक ही टीम प्रतियोगिता मे हिस्सा ले सकती है।

- प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने वाली टीम को रु 10,000/- और उप विजेता टीम को रु 7000/- का नगद पुरस्कार प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- नियमों और विनियमों भागीदारी, आदि के लिए पात्रता शर्तों पहले से ही सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों के लिए परिचालित किया गया है. प्रतिभागिता / अंतर – मंत्रालय टूर्नामेंट / प्रोफार्मा में प्रविष्टि आदि भेजने के लिए तथा भाग लेने के लिए पात्रता की शर्तों के लिए नियमों और विनियमों के बारे में जानकारी. हमारे मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट (https://dopt.gov.in/about-us/wings-or-division-in-dopt/welfare-divisions) पर उपलब्ध हैं । मंत्रालयों के कल्याण अधिकारी यह भी सत्यापित करे की इस प्रतियोगिता मे भाग लेने वाले मंत्रालय के सभी प्रतियोगी शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ है ।

The Ministry intends to enter a team for the Inter Ministry Tournament/Competition. Consequently, I submit the entry form duly completed. I hereby undertake on behalf of the Ministry to abide by the rules and regulations of the Tournament/Competition.
I certify that the players mentioned in this form who will play in the Inter Ministry Tournament/Competition are employees of the Ministry. No member of the team is a casual/daily wage employees. All the players are eligible to participate in the tournament/competition as per eligibility criteria laid down by the Board. In case if it is found that any member of the team is not eligible and is included in the team, the team will be automatically disqualified from the tournament/competition without any notice of the Ministry.
I undertake the responsibility to ensure that this Ministry’s team after being entered in the Tournament/Competition will participate in the Tournament/Competition and at any stage would not refuse to participate or withdraw from the Tournament/Competition without prior approval of the Board.
