The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board has announced an Inter-Ministry Lawn Tennis Tournament to be held from November 12th to 20th, 2016, at the CCSCSB Lawn Tennis Courts in R.K. Puram, New Delhi. Ministries and Departments interested in participating are invited to submit their entries, along with the prescribed fee, by November 10th, 2016. The tournament will feature team events based on the Davis Cup format, as well as individual events for Open Singles and Doubles, and Veterans Singles and Doubles (for those over 45). Entry fees vary depending on the event. All entries must be accompanied by a fee and signed by the relevant Welfare Officer. Detailed rules and regulations are available on the Department of Personnel & Training website. The draws for the tournament will be held on November 10th at 4:00 PM.

Sub: Inter-Ministry Lawn Tennis Tournament 2016-17
Inter Ministry Lawn Tennis Tournament 2016-17 will held on 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th & 20th November, 2016 at CCSCSB Lawn Tennis Courts, Sector 13, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. The Ministry/Department desirous to participate in this Tournament may send their entries in the prescribed performa (already circulated) along with the entry fee. The entries may be deposited in the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board by 10th November, 2016.
- The team events will be played on Davis Cup Lines (2 Singles and 1 Doubles only but no reverse singles). In addition to the team events, the tournament will also be held in Open Singles and Doubles & Veterans Singles and Doubles (above 45 years). The entry fee is as under.

No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above.
