FIXTURE OF INTER- MINSITRY HOCKEY LEAGUE (ELITE, SENIOR & WOMAN DIVISIONS) 2022-2023 (FIXTURE)

ELITE DIVISION TEAMS

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. All the matches will be played at Vinay Marg Grounds.
2. Participating teams must maintain discipline on and off the field. Strict action shall be taken against the erring teams.
3. The first phase of the tournament will be a league system where the top 4 teams in the points table after league matches in both Senior, Junior and Women Divisions will play Semi finals (No 1 with No. 4 and No. 2 with No. 3) to decide the Finalists.
4. Protest, if any, can be lodged within 15 minutes after the end of the match with the protest fee of Rs. 2000/- by the Manager of the team with the Convenor (Hockey). No protest, however, will be entertained after the expiry of 15 minutes time and without protest fee.
5. No protest will be entertained against the decision of the umpires.
6. The decision of the Board with regard to the protest will be final and binding on all the participating teams.
7. No request for the postponement of any match will be entertained. However, the Board reserves the right to make changes in the fixture and venue, if required.
8. Participating teams must reach the venue in time. In case any team fails to take the field within fifteen minutes of the scheduled time, walk over shall be awarded to their opponents.
9. Participating teams must maintain discipline on and off the field. Strict action shall be taken against the erring teams.
10. All the players must bring their Office Identity Card. The same may be produced whenever asked by the Convenor (Hockey). There is Prize Money of Rs. 10,000/- for Winner and Rs. 7,000/- for Runners-up Team.
11. Only those players whose names are forwarded by the concerned Welfare office shall be permitted to participate in the tournament.
12. From next year, the champion Junior Division team will become eligible for the Senior Division tournament and the team, which will come at last position in the Senior Division tournament will transferred to participate in the Junior Division tournament.
