अंतर मंत्रालय क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता 2019-20 का प्रारंभ दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर, 2019 से के॰सि॰से॰सां॰क्री॰बाँ॰ के विनय मार्ग खेल परिसर पर होने जा रहा है, मंत्रालयों जो प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए रुचि रखते हैं अपनी प्रविष्टि (Entry) 1000/- रुपये की फीस के साथ निर्धारित प्रोफार्मा में (पहले से ही परिचालित) केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा सांस्कृतिक तथा क्रीडा बोर्ड के कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग,कमरा न० 361 ‘ब’ विंग, लोक नायक भवन, खान मार्केट, नई दिल्ली110003 मे जमा करवाये ।
2. प्रतियोगिता लीग कम नॉक आउट आधार पर खेली जायेगी। प्रविष्टि के प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अंतिम तिथि 27 सितंबर, 2019 है । एक मंत्रालय से केवल एक ही टीम प्रतियोगिता मे हिस्सा ले सकती है । टीम के खिलाड़ी प्रविष्टि मे दिये गए ही रहेगे, जो केवल सचिव के॰सि॰से॰सां॰क्री॰बाँ॰ की अनुमति के बाद ही बदले जा सकते । किसी भी मैच का समय किसी भी परिस्थिति मे बदला नही जाएगा ।
3. कोई भी प्रविष्टि बिना फीस के स्वीकार नही की जाएगी । फीस केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से ही ली जाएगी जिसके लिए बोर्ड के बैंक खाते का विविरण है:- नाम: सचिव सी.सी.एस.सी.एस.बी., खाता सं 90432010052140, आई.एफ़.एस.सी कोड: SYNB0009043, ब्रांच: खान मार्केट, नई दिल्ली । प्रविष्टि संबन्धित कल्याण अधिकारी (Welfare Officer) के हस्ताक्षरयुक्त निर्धारित प्रपत्र मे उपर्युक्त अंतिम तिथि तक या उससे पहले इस कार्यालय मे पहुंच जानी चाहिए ।

VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE
The Ministry intends to enter a team for the Inter Ministry Tournament/Competition. Consequently, I submit the entry form duly completed. I hereby undertake on behalf of the Ministry to abide by the rules and regulations of the Tournament/Competition.
I certify that the players mentioned in this form who will play in the Inter Ministry Tournament/Competition are employees of the Ministry. No member of the team is a casual/daily wage employees. All the players are eligible to participate in the tournament/competition as per eligibility criteria laid down by the Board. In case if it is found that any member of the team is not eligible and is included in the team, the team will be automatically disqualified from the tournament/competition without any notice of the Ministry.
I undertake the responsibility to ensure that this Ministry’s team after being entered in the Tournament/Competition will participate in the Tournament/Competition and at any stage would not refuse to participate or withdraw from the Tournament/Competition without prior approval of the Board.

Inter Ministry Cricket Tournament Rules & Regulations:
- Only one team can participate from each Ministry. The photocopy of the Identity Card of the players should be enclosed with the Entry Form. Welfare Officer from Ministry may please ensure before sending the respective team. Partially filled form will not be entertained.
- Inter Ministry Cricket Tournament 2019-20 will be played on 20-20 over patter on LEAGUE CUM KNOCK OUT basis.
- Minimum of 06 over will constitute a match.
- Simple Average will be considered for deciding a reduced over match due to light and weather conditions.
- In case of wash out/tie till quarter final stage, the decision will be taken through ball out on cemented wicket at the ground (i.e. 1 over to be bowled on single wicket).
- In case of wash out from Semi-finals onwards, the match will be played on the next day. If the situation persists, the decision will be taken through ball out on cemented wicket at the ground (i.e. 1 over to be bowled on single wicket).
- Teams must report to the Umpires at the ground 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the match i.e. 9.30 AM. Walk over will be awarded against the team (minimum of 8 players) which fails to report on the ground, maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the play.
- Throughout minimum of 4 players will remain inside the 30 yard circle while fielding.
- The team does not turn up for the match will be debarred for participating in the Inter-Ministry for 2 years.
- No request for rescheduling/postponement of matches will be entertained.
- Only 3 players will be allowed to participate from other Ministry, if their Ministry is not participating in the Tournament. It is the sole discretion of the Ministry for allowing the player to participate from their Ministry.
- The employees working in Delhi Region can only participate in the tournament.
- All the players who participate in the tournament must carry their Identity Card on the ground.
- Decisions of the Umpires will be final and binding.
