The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board announced the Inter-Ministry Carrom Tournament 2017-18, scheduled to take place from November 27th to December 5th, 2017, at the Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. Ministries interested in participating were requested to submit their entries, along with a fee of Rs. 150/- for Doubles and Team Championship and Rs. 75/- for singles, by November 17th, 2017. The competition will include Team Championship, Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Singles, and Veteran’s Singles (50 years and above). The tournament draw will be held on November 20th, 2017. An entry form and verification certificate are included for participating ministries to complete and submit.

Sub: Inter-Ministry Carrom Tournament 2017-18
Inter Ministry Carrom Tournament 2017-18 will be held from 27 { }^{th } November, 2017 to 5^{th } December, 2017 at Table Tennis Hall, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. The Ministries desirous of participating in the Inter-Ministry Carrom Tournament are requested to send their entries in the Performa already circulated along with the entry fee of Rs.150/- for Doubles and Team Championship & Rs. 75/- for singles to the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board, Department of Personnel & Training, Room No.361, ‘B’ Wing, 3^{rd } Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, New Delhi-110003 by
17 { }^{th } November, 2017.

This Ministry intends to enter a team for the Inter-Ministry Tournaments/Competition. Consequently I submit the entry form duly completed. I hereby undertake on behalf of the Ministry to abide by the rules and instruction of the Tournament/Competition.
I certify that the players mentioned in this form who will play in the Inter-Ministry Tournament/Competition are employees of the Ministry. No member of the team is a casual / daily wage employees. All the players are eligible to participate in the tournament/competition as per eligibility criteria laid down by the Board. In case if it is found that any member of the team is no, eligible and is included in the team, the team will be automatically disqualified from the tournament/competition without any notice to this ministry.
I also undertake the responsibility to ensure that this Ministry’s team after being entered in the Tournament/Competition will participate in the Tournament/Competition and at any stage would not refuse to participate or withdraw from the Tournament/Competition without prior approval of the Board.
