The Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing an Inter-Ministry Athletic Meet from December 15th-16th, 2014, at Tyagraj Stadium, New Delhi. Ministries and Departments interested in participating are invited to submit their entries by November 10th, 2014, along with the prescribed fees. There are restrictions on the number of events individual competitors and ministries can enter. The rules and regulations are available on the Department of Personnel & Training website. A march past trophy will be awarded to the Ministry with the best performance in the march past.

CIRCULAR
Sub: Inter-Ministry Athletic Meet 2014-15.
Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board is organizing Inter Ministry Athletic Meet 2014-15 from 15^{th } and 16^{th } December, 2014 at Tyagraj Stadium, New Delhi. The Ministry/Department desirous to participate in the Tournament may send their entries in the prescribed performa (already circulated) along with the entry fee. The entry fee for the events is Rs.20/- for individual event and Rs.40/- for team/relay/ doubles event. The entries may be deposited in the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board by 10^{th } November, 2014.
- The competition will be held in the events indicated in Annexure-I.
- The competitors are not allowed to take part in more than 3 individual events excluding team event i.e. Relay. Ministries are not allowed to enter more than 2 participants in one event. There must be at least 4 entries to conduct an event.
- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The rules and regulations governing the eligibility conditions for participation, etc. in the Inter-Ministry Tournament is available on the website of the Department of Personnel & Training (Persmin.nic.in/DOPT/Welfare/Sports/About Sports Board).
Note:- The march past trophy will be given to the Ministry for best performance in march past.
