A circular has been issued by the Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board announcing the Inter Ministry Aquatic Meet 2014-15, scheduled to take place on August 21st and 22nd, 2014, at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool in New Delhi. Ministries and Departments interested in participating are requested to submit their entries, along with the required fees (Rs. 20 per individual and Rs. 100 per team), to the Board by August 19th, 2014. Entries must be accompanied by the prescribed form, duly signed by the Welfare Officer, and teams should not exceed 16 members (excluding the Manager).

Sub: Inter Ministry Aquatic Meet 2014-15
The Inter Ministry Aquatic Meet 2014-15 will be held from 21^{st } to 22^{nd } August, 2014 at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool, Mother Teresa Cresent Road, New Delhi. The Ministry/Department desirous of participating in the Inter Ministry Aquatic Meet is requested to send their entries in the prescribed proforma, along with the entry fee of Rs.20/- (Rupees twenty only) for individual and Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for team event to the Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board, Department of Personnel & Training, Room No.361, ‘B’ Wing, 3^{rd } Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, New Delhi-3, latest by 19^{th } August, 2014.
- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry should be sent in the prescribed form duly signed by the Welfare Officer concerned and should reach on or before the last date mentioned above. The composition of the team should not be more than 16 (excluding Manager).
