This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre transfer of Shri Rohitaswa Singh Tomar, an IAS officer of the 2016 batch, from the Tripura cadre to the Rajasthan cadre. This transfer is based on the Physical Disability (PH) policy dated February 14, 2014, and has received the consent of both the Tripura and Rajasthan state governments. The notification was issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, on May 26, 2017.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा त्रिपुरा और राजस्थान राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतदवारा श्री रोहिताश्र्व सिंह तोमर, आईएएस (टी.आर.:2016) का दिनांक 14.2.2014 की शारीरिक विकलांगता (पीएच) नीति के आधार पर त्रिपुरा संवर्ग से राजस्थान संवर्ग में संवर्ग परिवर्तन के प्रस्ताव को अनुमादन करती है।
