This notification announces the approval of the inter-cadre transfer of Shri Kumar Pal Gautam, an IAS officer from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, to the Rajasthan cadre. This transfer is based on his marriage to Shweta Dhankad, a RAS officer from Rajasthan. The order is issued under the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the governments of Assam, Meghalaya, and Rajasthan.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम, मेघालय और राजस्थान की सरकारों की सहमति से सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने श्री कुमार पाल गौतम, भा.प्र. से. (असम : 09) का विवाह, सुश्री श्वेता धनकड, भा.पु.से. (राजस्थान : 09) के साथ होने के आधार पर असम-मेघालय से राजस्थान संवर्ग में अंतरसंवर्ग स्थानांतरण करने का अनुमोदन कर दिया है ।
