भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उत्तर प्रदेश और केरल राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्रीमती विस्मेश्वरी वी, आईएएस (यू.पी.:2015) का श्री उमेश एन एस के, आईएएस (के.एल.:2015) के साथ विवाह होने के आधार पर उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से केरल संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
