भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं बिहार और आंध्र प्रदेश की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री काठवाते मयूर अशोक, आईएएस (बिहार:2018) को सुश्री कल्पना कुमारी, आईएएस (आंध्र प्रदेश:2018) से विवाह करने के आधार पर बिहार संवर्ग से आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
