This document details the inter-cadre transfer of two IAS officers, Dr. Ankur Lather from the Tamil Nadu cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre, and Shri Atul वत्स from the Uttar Pradesh cadre to the Tamil Nadu cadre.
